Wtb Katana Or Tachi, ~10K Usd, Can Go Higher.

Hi guys

I'm looking to buy a decent tachi or katana made by smiths ranking: 

-Owazamono or higher
-JoJo Saku or higher
-Living National Treasure
-Present day Mukansa (must have bo-hi or horimono) 

The nagasa length has to be at least 68cm or longer.
I'm planning on spending around 10k usd, but if there's something I really want I'm willing to go around the 10-20k usd range.
