is there no way to tell the age of this tsubs? or estimated value

You probably mean TSUBA when you write tsubs?

 

Your photos are not in focus, so there is not much to see and to evaluate. It looks like a KYO-SUKASHI TSUBA, depicting KARIGANE (have a look at the informations available here on NMB concerning this school), and the colour and blotches may lead to the impression, that it has been in a fire (as well as the NAKAGO of the WAKIZASHI). Hoan has mentioned this before. If that was the case, I am afraid there is not much value left, also considering the heavy corrosion in some spots.

 

Nothing can be said in regard to the blade as there are no pictures.

 

As you might have read here on the NMB, it is almost impossible to judge the quality (and even the market value!) of blades based on photos, the more when these are not in good polish.
