Quick question on identification of stamp on NCO fittings

Hello all,

 

I cannot seem to find the stamp on the left of the image (Circle, cross andwhat looks like letters) of this type 95 NCO sword in my Fuller and Gregory book:

Anyu ideas ?

 

The only lettered stamp I come across in their book looks nothing like this one.

 

The right one is Kokura arsenal, the middle one is the Koishikawa pre 1936 stamp.
