Information on Gendai Smith Tojin Sugio Masatomo

I have checked everywhere and can't find anything on this smith. Below is a copy of the mei. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe this is Hiramatsu Masatomo as he used a different "tomo". Unless he used this kanji later in his career, which I think is doubtful but not impossible.

Can someone provide the kanji for "Tojin"? I have the rest (**杉王正友) and I'd like to try to search Japanese sites for the entire name. Thanks!

Found a tachi made by him, dated 1965 and registered in Tokushima. Not sure if I'm going to find a ton more on him.

It is an entry for a smith named Sugiyama Masatoshi. He was a student of both Masatomo and Kunihira. He was a Tokushima prefectural intangible cultural property. I would bet that Kawachi Kunihira would know something about Masatomo. Perhaps you can ask Paul Martin to ask him- I think he knows him well.
