Hi, I’m a young beginner collector from rural Australia. I work a lot as a mechanical/hydraulic fitter, and I’ve recently gotten into collecting antique Japanese swords. I don’t know a whole lot yet, but I’m slowly learning and really enjoying the journey.

Right now I own four antique blades — all from different periods — and three of them have paperwork. One day I’d love to try forging blades as a hobby too.
