  1. @Rawa check this https://www.militariazone.com/swords/Japanese-2ww-officers-army-sword/itm87292 https://www.militariazone.com/swords/Japanese-army-officers-2ww-sword/itm86029 and that https://www.antiquestobuy.co.uk/listings/katana/ Isn’t it the same piece?
  2. Charlesf, I think its the same sword listed twice on the same website under two different prices which doesn’t bother a seller apparently. If you use google you can find exactly the same sword from that seller but on different selling platform, with asking price nearly 3k🤷🏻
  3. here is youtube video about nice example of Emura sword released by one of UK antique dealers. Sword is sold now but maybe someone finds that video interesting
  4. Different photo of the same nakago All the best Pav
  5. Very similar mei, also tachi
  6. Thanks Marcin. I’ve found online shin gunto with exactly the same signature so I was curious. Nice find BTW All the best Pav
  7. Sorry for wandering off the point but is it Emura’s signature or one of his students?
  8. Mine shin gunto has got the same habaki
  9. Makes sense. Thank you very much.
  10. Actually I can feel fine convex under finger in place where it should be. Can new polish bring yokote back or if it’s gone it’s gone?
  11. I’ve checked few signatures on line and early Shinto Saneyuki 1624-1644 is very close however my sword has no yokote line, not sure if it was forged this way or not. Also hamon, barely visible is more wavy than straight
  12. Hi The same sword popped up few weeks ago so I bought it straight away. I was wondering if anybody would help me to bring it under right period of time please? Here is another photo of nakago. Thank you in advance. All the best Pav
  13. Cool thank you very much
  14. Sorry confused now. Are those two different Mons or its the same Mon used by two families? I know Kasai clan split up in some period of history
