Any thoughts on this tanto? A friends father got it in 1944 during the war. I thought it might be a post war/occupation souvenir piece, but he said his father never went to Japan. My other thoughts was a cut down blade from a repurposed Waki or katana. Any thoughts?

Hello everyone. I have the chance to buy this katana. The seller says it was brought back by a family member from the war. Just want your thoughts in its authenticity before I buy. Sorry in advance for the bad pics. This is what the seller sent me. I believe the nakago is signed “nagayoshi”

Hey all, a seller has this copper handle NCO for sale, but I’m not sure of its authenticity. I don’t think the saya is correct for it. But I guess that could be a battlefield pickup. What are your thoughts? Is it authentic or a fake?

Hey everyone! I believe this is an authentic civil gunto. It’s Mumei but it’s compete. The seller seems honest. He says it has a small “fissure” on the edge of the blade and I have included pics. The questions I have are, is this a fatal flaw? Is the tassel authentic? Any thoughts would be helpful!
