    Isn’t it the emotion and mindset of the ones doing the assessment? are they biased at that moment? consciously or not? (we are constantly hammered that this is good, that is less) As said before. The comparison is between the mediocre ones. A good Edo smith can be better than a lesser Kamakura. Especially if the material is equal.
