  1. Not signed. But what is it classified as? You guys are great. Thanks so much for your help.
  2. Thank you all, not sure what to do with it. I'll see if I can get someone to look at it. Who would have the knowledge. I don't mind selling a $150 sword for $100 but there seems to be a lot of knowledge needed to fix a price. There is a remnant of a signature. And yes, I'm not into Japanese swords. Bought this collection for the US pieces and just fell into these. Can't be interested in everything. But I'm curious.
  3. Ok, sounds like its one step away from a garbage can. Thanks, Terri Tracy
  4. Thank you so much. Truthfully, I've dealt in military weapons for 35 years but have never really had the opportunity to study Japanese swords. Although I've owned a few over the years, I understand it is an area of study that would take years to learn. I'm afraid I'm too old of a dog to learn new tricks. I had just bought a large collection of Military edgewear, all of which I've had experience with, knowing what they are and their value. There was about a dozen various swords, some I know (like Patton swords) and a few Japanese blades. But my main concern is a don't want to sell one of those Chinese copies as a genuine sword. So real to me is made in Japan WWII and before. None of these swords are mint and I'm sure not worth a lot because of the condition. I really just want to have an idea of what I have. I don't want to sound like a complete idiot (which I am concerning Japanese swords) and would like to be honest about what I sell. Now give me a good Japanese pole Bayonet and I know what I have. 5. Here's more pics
  6. Here's what I mostly deal with. Swords, I'm like a babe in the woods. Don't want to sell a repro as real. So if you can help, I'd appreciate it. Terri tracy
  7. Thank you so much, at least I know it's a real sword.. thanks john.
  8. Oops, tried taking pic other way but it still goes sideways. Tried again., ain't happening. Terri Tracy
  9. Maybe this way,, like I said, you're talking to someone who has no idea. Terri tracy
  10. I'm so sorry, but you're talking Greek to me. As I said, totally ignorant and more than glad to admit it. If you could explain in terms that I could understand, it would be greatly appreciated. Consider me a 1st grader in a Latin class. Here's a few more pics. Terri tracy
  11. Just give me your opinion.. may all be Chinese junk, but want to make sure.
  12. Please remember,I will admit I'm ignorant about Japanese swords. Just bought out a large collection of Military knives, really good stuff, and the guy threw them in. So please if you can help me, I'd really appreciate it. Terri Tracy
  13. Ok, other one was bad, what about this one.
  14. Picked up this sword. Any help with what I have would be appreciated. No signature.
