Cutting edge - 27", overall - 37 1/2" Blade and fittings all in excellent shape, with very little dings or scratches on saya, and a few small black stains on blade. Dust-cover seppa. These often were made with a metal screw in the lower mekugi hole. If this one did, the metal plate under the ito has slipped out of view, if it was there at all originally. Some came with 2 bamboo mekugi. So I've replaced the missing mekugi with a new one and it tightened up the wiggle nicely.
