Curgan Posted December 9, 2010 Report Posted December 9, 2010 A friend of mine will be visiting Tokyo for 2 weeks during the Christmas holiday season. Any proposals for sightseeing in the city and nearby area? Of course I am reffering to samurai, Japanese tradition and sword related sights. Tokyo National museum, the Imperial Palace and the Edo Tokyo Museum are a consideration. Recomendations of tsuba and tosogu selling sites in the area would be greatly appreciated (so I can take advantage of her and get a tsuba and a kowagata kojiri as a X"mas present to myself ) Quote

Curgan Posted December 9, 2010 Author Report Posted December 9, 2010 Thanks Henry! the thread (and your post there) was most informative, if only you had and a large peony tsuba or a nice daisho set as well, you would be my hero for this Christmas! Quote
