Hi all, this thread just to quickly share with you a very low-cost display solution (15 € / 24 stands) that I find particularly versatile, as it allows you to display the guards either on their own or in a box by reversing the direction of use, and to easily vary the angle of inclination by sliding the vertical part.

Here is the link for Amazon France; I think you'll be able to find it quite easily elsewhere, too: https://amzn.eu/d/0cbP8FaM

I use them a lot in "solo" mode, placing 15 of them on each modular five levels stand like this one: https://amzn.eu/d/0dB6DEWv

Note that I spray-painted mine white so they would blend in with the background color of my display cases—and, above all, so the unsightly screw heads wouldn't gleam next to my rusty jewelry.

Thanks, Dale. My 3D printing days ended a few years ago, and I shudder to think how long it would have taken me to print and properly finish that many stands on my Ultimaker! But yes, the concept is essentially the same. I also love the "tsuba table" from the Copenhagen museum shown in this thread.

Well, I don't know about the table, but your post certainly led me to discover the mounting you created for your sister's kozuka, and that is giving me a few ideas!

I'm glad to hear that. If I may, I think the only important thing with an airtight or semi-airtight mount is ensuring that the materials—the frame, etc.—don't off-gas over time. Also, museum glass is the best upgrade you can make. I'd love to see your project! I'm sure the others would too.
