Japanese or chinese painting?

Hi,

 

I have this "old" painting for a while, more than 20 years.

It looks like it was on a support before ,probably on a kakemono.

 

By looking at the theme, I am not sure if it is a Japanese or a chinese painting. Not sure for the stamp and the sosho signature either.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

To me it has much more of a Chinese feel but that is just an opinion based on artistic impression and not on expert knowledge.
