vajo Posted August 28 Report Posted August 28 (edited) Petr the "little chinese boy": Sennin Jittoku (拾得) a legendary Tang-dynasty hermit-monk famously depicted as a wild, laughing eccentric. While he is traditionally known for carrying a broom (representing sweeping away worldly attachments), he is occasionally associated with a poem roll (or scroll) because of his inseparable bond with his companion, Kanzan (寒山) Kanzan usually holds an unrolled scroll so there are two different motif of this tsuba.
