Probably Dmitry Pechalov is involved, I did not speak with him for a long time though.

If he is, there can be some very nice swords.

I don't see Pechalov mentioned in the organization list or acknowledgements. Appears to be mainly a locally organised event. And Koto blades are not represented.

I admit I did not notice the description.

If its only the Ukrainian collection I don't expect anything interesting.
