translation assistance with some old gunto documentation

Hi everyone, I saw a gunto associated with an older, likely koto but out of polish, blade. It is accompanied by the torokushos (impressively early registration in showa 26, but also by some 1945 sword confiscation documentation and cloth writing that I am having a hard time translating, I am hoping somebody might be able to help. 

 

The blade itself is mumei and in horrible condition so of very limited help
