Hi, I'm looking to sell my Koto Bizen Osafune Wakizashi. Decent polish and very good (IMHO) overall condition. It comes with beautiful Koshirae (renovated, Fuchi/Kashira/Menuki/Tsuba/Kojiri are from early Edo period). If you are interested, please ask and I will do my best to answer. I can also post additional pictures or videos if needed. My asking price is equal to what I have paid, no earnings here.

New/renovated Koshirae = 1000$ (Soten Tsuba alone is 200$). 

 

That gives 1450$ for a healthy Sue-Bizen Wakizashi in perfect polish.

I also wanted to add that both swords have Koshirae made/renovated for them. It is not a put-together Frankenstein. No lose ends, rattle, spaces between Tsuba etc ... All fits perfectly. 

 

I'm advertising again as I would really like to find new home for both swords. I have changed a bit direction of my collection and looking to put the money from these swords into new purchases. 

Asking price is what I paid for the swords (even less now, due to $ rate and me lowering the price). I'm also open to offers.

This looks very much like a Norimitsu. Nakago shape is very distinctive of this school from that era. Is this papered?

No papers, since Mei is unreadable we can't talk here about Gimei I guess. Maybe it could get papers.

After checking on Norimitsu's work I wish that this sword to be his. But I don't think so. It is another MITSU (readable part of Mei). 

 

Anyway, I guess no one wants to have a healthy, in good polish, Ubu, with Bohi and perfect (Edo fittings and Tsuba) Koshirae, Koto Bizen Osafune blade. 

 

Sword stays with me.
