Can anyone tell me about this wakizashi?

As mentioned in the new member thread, I purchased this on eBay last month.  I never did get the time to photograph it myself but I decided that the photos from the auction are better than what I could have taken anyway.  Can anyone tell me a little more about what I got?

Oh, quick note:  The blade doesn't actually fit in the koshirae, the hole for the mekugi is too low on the tsuka.  That was a fun surprise.  Or I just didn't put it together correctly, that's a distinct possibilty.
