Help with Tsuba with Kanji

Hello Everyone,

 

I bought this tsuba with gold inlays and Kanji on a sword show as is was appealing to me, but honestly I dont know anything about it and was hoping you folks could tell me a little about school/age and what the Kanji means. Any info will be of interest.

 

Measures is:

Width = 59 mm

height = 64 mm

thickness = 3,5 mm
