Help With A Tang Translation

Hi there, I'd appreciate anyones help to translate the characters on this tang.  I have been told it may be Kanehide, or kanetoshi...seki showato.  Any help that can be provided would be appreciated.

I don’t see Kanetoshi or Kanehide. I could be wrong, but what immediately comes to mind is Kaneyuki (兼幸) saku kore.

Yes, I think 兼秀 (Kanehide) with a very loosely cut -hide. 

 

兼秀作之　Kanehide saku kore (or, Kanehide kore wo tsukuru).
