This katana was found in WWII Shingunto Mounts with wooden saya.   

 

The mei looks like Yasutsuna to me.  However, I cannot find a matching mei.  So, now I am second guessing.  Can anybody shed some light on this smith?

 

Any help is appreciated as always.

Yes. Yasutsuna was a seki smith who's family name was Asai (浅井).
