Yoshiharu Shimpo

 

 

 

 

His real name is Shimpo Motoharu. He was born on 4 September 1941. He resides on Sado Island. He apprenticed under Miyairi Akihira. He earned his swordmaking license in 26 December 1961. 

 

Tachi signature: Omote: Sado fukuura junin Shinpo Yoshiharu.

                               Ura:  Oite Utashirojoato zo kore.

 

Nagasa: 81.5cm. 

Sori 2.6cm.

Motohaba 3.2cm.

Motokasane: 8 mm

Hamon: Suguha with gunome and lots of nie.

Jihada: Mokume.

Horimono: bo-hi on both sides

Koshira: Shirasaya
