I am ignorant about swords in general but have done a lot of internet searches which is very interesting because everyone has there own opinions :) now to my question the attached photo is of a piece of paper in with the authenticity paper I have not seen one in my research would be greatly appreciative if someone could tell me what it says and what it is thank you!

This is the registration card for the sword required in Japan. It merely describes the physical dimensions of the sword, an unsigned wakizashi, and has a date and the location where it was registered.

Chris, the registration paper seems to say "Den, Echizen? Shimosaka, comes with shirasaya" in the margin, previous owner's notes?

 

The paperwork on the other thread gives other information.

All these papers were in the same package do the not correspond to each other?? Thanks for any other help

Indeed it does....most likely, as you mention, owner's notes I would think....
