Would anyone do me the favor of translating these captions? It is in relation to the debate on this thread.

手た持つとズシリとする位、重たく、片手で振り回すのは、ょほど腕に自信がないと無理でぁろう。腕から見ると武家の中間が差すという

木刀とも見ぇるが、中には、重ねが１cm、800gの鉄刀が人る。普通このような鉄刀を武士が差すことはなかろう。江戸の町方同心や各藩の同心

たちが捕物に出る際、刃引きの脇差を持つというが、このよぅな鉄刀を差したのではないかと老えたりする。犯人を斬り殺しては自供がとれ

ない。江戸の裁判では自供が第ー（現佐でもその傾向がぁるが）。重ね１cmの鉄刀ならば人を殺すのではなく打撃をあたえるには最高であろう。

資料としても面白いものでぁる。
