The last character is "saku" (made) but I wouldn't even bother trying to translate the rest as it's not a real mei anyway. The lines are wobbly, the swirly surface pattern and amateurish kanji (directly on the blade) are all total giveaways. Stay far away. Quote

If nothing else I am far enough along to know that much for certain. Quote
