old torokusho paper of Katana

I kindly ask for assistence with translation of this Torokusho document (only hand written parts) I can read colums which describe blade as mumei and 2 mekugiana. How old is the blade is probably not described?

Here's my guess: the sword is modern made to match the older torokusho. This is done rather frequently. It explains why someone would make a modern sword appear to be old.
