Zen writting hanging scroll

Hello all,

I got this beautiful Hanging scroll few day ago. Look's like some old Zen writing on paper. I will be very happy, if someone can help to read what the writting is about. Scroll has also two seals at the bottom and inscription on the back of the roll.

 

P.S. Sorry, because post is not directly related to Nihoto, but should be with the spirit of it...?
