I am buying this katana and I am in talks with the owner. Not sure if it’s authentic, collectors worth and any information about the sword itself. Any information is much appreciated

I got some swords from a sale. Two have these signatures and any help finding information about that the swords. and additionally they don’t have super viable hamon so not sure if they are actually authentic. They looked folded. Any help is appreciated
