-Thanks Spartancrest. Unfortunately there's no maker mark/signature on it so i wasnt sure what else to ask or look into. The box had the message/signature but no other markings to help. Appreciate it!

-Hey all, my mom inherited this piece from my aunt and asked for help identifying. Might try to sell, might keep, but none of us know anything about it and would appreciate whatever i fo or leds you can provide. my aunt work for the US government as was stationed in Japan for several years followed by vietnam. unsure if that matters. thanks in advance, have a good one.
