In addition what would be the best way/product to clean the tarnish off the blade (not the tang) without damaging the blade?

I believe I have figured out what the tang says but would like to get some verification and if possible any information on the sword maker and a rough date on when the sword was made. I have attached several pictures. Thanks in advance for any assistance. I believe it says Noshu Seki Ju Yoshida Fujifusa Saku Chris
