A simple question from a French beginner : it's not uncommon to find kanjis on each sides of the nakago ana, but is the name of the artist always on the same side, or is it a question of school or period ? Thank you Jean Pierre

Hello I'm triying to find some informations about Kyo sukashi Tsuba made at the end of the Edo time They are called "Kikyoya" in some old books, but I never found anything more. Is it a group, or just a common name for a style ? Thank you for your help, (and excuse my english !).
