Baba Tsuguhiro . Signed and dated Showa 18 San gatsu with Rikigun Jumei Tosho star stamp In what I believe are late 1944 type 3 koshirae.

(two mekuki ana screws, iron mounts, tsuka maki appears to have been lacquered) Blade in fair polish but not tip top.

Also Shingunto tsuka maki minus fuchi for sale.
