So far I have learned two things... I am a bit of a sucker when it comes to being at an auction live. (I hate to lose) and I am a horrible photographer. I attached some additional photographs (and attempted to crop them down a touch).

LOL... I will take some new and hopefully better pictures. My understanding is the sword has been owned for sometime by a regional collector of militaria. thanks

Gentlemen, I was at an estate auction and got caught up in the bidding and ended up purchasing this sword. Hoping anyone can shed a little light on what I purchased. My sincere thanks, Chad
