Hello trying to translate. There are 3 kanji on the backside in red paint. It’s a katana in gunto mounts with copper washed fittings.

Purchasing this from a vendor and my little research leads me to believe this is not a Izumi no Kami Kanesada. It is in gunto mounts, nick in the blade makes me think it saw use.
