Hello Everyone,
New to the art of Japanese Swords/Tsuba and just came into possession of one. New to the forum here so please forgive my ignorance. Curious to know if anyone can help me with the following:
1) Identification of the engravings (both front and back)
2) Idea of when it was made
3) Any further information of the maker (assuming we can identity via the engravings)
4) Thoughts on its authenticity (i.e. is is real). I guess this is the most important question...
My apologies for the photos being flipped 90 degrees, I cant get them to upload in the correct orientation. Thanks in advance for your reply and I look forward to finding out more about this piece.
