Yes I know they are just common register papers but it’s still nice to have the proper set. I got the month and day right but the year wrong hahaha. Thank you raymondsinger if it wasn’t for your helpful comments I would of been completely oblivious to it all thanks a lot

Hello sorry to bother everyone again but after taking raymondsinger advice about the my incorrect documents I contacted the seller and he assured me it was just a mistake and has sent me what he says are the correct documents I will post a pic I would appreciate it if someone could confirm this for me many thanks

Just in case you were wondering this is what the blade actually looks like it has a nice polish nice Hammon I’m quite happy with it really it was more about owning a older more historical piece then anything else. Thanks again for all your help

What do you mean the paperwork is unrelated as in it doesn’t mean anything to do with the markings ? Or the papers are for a different item altogether ?. It is a wakizashi I have sorry for not stating that in the beginning. Oh right thank you for the information anyone have any ideas when it was forged ?

also the accompanying credentials I know the left side is the year into the period followed by the month then day but that’s all I can find out on my own
