  1. Thanks a lot for the information. The blade is broken in half and I only have the rest left. I can read the inscription and I know both of the two names are famous during WWII in China but I can not find any kind of documents that could support this sword. So I turned to this forum for help to find out if it is authentic or just a fake one. Thanks again
  2. I got this from one of my friends. But I am not sure if it is authentic. Any information about it could be helpful and appreciated. Thanks a lot.
  3. The blade is authentic without any problem. It is well kept but I do not think it is worth more than USD 3K. If I am wrong ,please correct me.
  4. I think it is a half machine-half traditional one.
  5. This is a fake one made in China.Normally it is worth only $50 USD. Whenever you find any Chinese characters on the blade, you can treat it as a fake one.
  6. Hello Everyone. My name is Gang Wang. I am a Canadian Chinese living in Calgary of Canada. I have been interested in Japanese swords for about 20 years. Most of my collections are Japanese military swords from WWII. I was introduced to this forum by two gentlemen from Canadian gun nutz. Before that ,I have never found such a professional forum about Japanese swords. I hope I can learn more from all of you people and make more friends here. Thank you.
