    I had a similar experience. Asked a Yahoo Japan seller if he would ship internationally. He agreed to. I deposited money into his bank account but never received the WWII Japanese Naval cap I won. When I complained to yahoo Japan they said that he was no longer a registered user. I lost out on approx $200.00 Mike
