    I printed out the pages from the link and my brother has the sword so I am waiting to give him the papers so he can give it a try. If he has no luck then I will give it a go.

    My brother has come across another sword and would like to see if it can be translated. I tried to take a few pictures and also tried to scan it but they all came out pretty poor. But any help would be appreciated if at all possible. Thanks, Alan

    Hello, My brother has come across a sword and had a friend of his translate the markings and he came up with Tamba No Kami Yoshimichi for the maker. But he said that there were 7 generations of this maker and he did not know which generation it would be. Any help would be appreciated. Alan

    Hello, My brother has come across a sword and would like to see if anyone could figure out some of the markings. I will attach 4 photos below. I used the negative feature in my photo editing software which makes the markings a little easier to see.
