  4. Hi Folks,I have finally joined this forum after many years just looking at it, I live in Scotland and have been a keen collector of Japanese swords and fittings for the past 30 years, I have popped on a couple of photographs of a sword tang, please excuse the quality of these as I am a bit of a technophobe when it comes to computeres etc, I see Mr Lindus has posted some kind words about me, mant thanks and I hope to be able to contribute to this forum in the future, I am amazed at the willingness of the members to share information on this forum covering this extremely interesting subject, cheers for now, Les.
  5. Hello I have been looking into this message board for some years and recently decided to join, I am a keen collector of Japanese swords and fitting and I have been collecting for 30 years.I have some nice pieces in my collection and this is one of the more interesting, I have had various opinions on this signature and thought I would put it out to a larger audience for further opinions, please excuse the quality of photographs, I am also a bit of a technophobe and not to good when it comes to loading and adding files, so please bear with me, my replies may also be a bit on the slow side. hoping to hear from some of you with your views, cheers.
