This is a Chinese fake. The last character is "saku" (made) but I wouldn't even bother trying to translate the rest as it's not a real mei anyway.

 

The lines are wobbly, the swirly surface pattern and amateurish kanji (directly on the blade) are all total giveaways. Stay far away.

That's what I was thinking, but it's easier to defer to experts than offend those with a vested interest with your own opinion :thanks:

In this case I am not at all an expert on nihonto, but I am 100% sure that that is a Chinese fake. If nothing else I am far enough along to know that much for certain.
