Cookie_Monstah Posted August 22 Report Posted August 22 Greetings everyone, How do you feel about the condition of this sword and the attribution it was given? I am surprised it papered in the condition it is in. https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/237298519 Best, Khalid 1 Quote
eternal_newbie Posted August 22 Report Posted August 22 Hozon just means no (visible) fatal flaws, traditionally made, and condition "good enough" to attribute it with reasonable confidence. Given that this sword seems intact and the polish is in a good enough condition to make out the hamon shape and a little bit of the hada, Hozon seems about right for its current state. 2 Quote
SteveM Posted August 25 Report Posted August 25 The attribution is Fuyuhiro (冬広), not Hisahiro as stated in the post. 2 1 Quote
