Request for scan of a page from the Juyo Token Zufu

Would anyone who has a copy of the 1999 Juyo Token Zufu be able to send me a scan or good picture of it for the following Juyo Token Unju (雲重) tachi that was sold at Sothebys a few years back, here is the link:
