    I recently acquired this sword from my son’s friend, who told me it was his grandfather’s sword from WW2. I would love to know exactly what I have and possibly learn some of the history of it. I have uploaded some pictures and research that I have found, not sure if it’s correct or not. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
