Japanese swords, both traditionally made nihonto/gendaito/shinsakuto, and some non traditionally made showato.
Interested in learning of Japan's history too.
The smithing and polishing processes of the Japanese sword are interesting too.
New to NMB. Novice collector, own 2 Nihonto so far, wakizashi by Bizen smith Sukesada c1580-1650 and a mumei late Edo/Shinshinto wakizashi. Would love to one day own a tachi, any pre Showa type.
