Hello , Can anyone enlighten me about these Ebay WW2 Naval swords I keep seeing as the fittings all seem to be Army yet they all seem to carry very fresh looking Tokokawa Arsenal stamps to the tang, are these late war/ post war knock togethers ?

This sword is in late Navy mounts. Toyokawa arsenal. I believe these are all "sabinai" (type of stainless) steel.
