NAGAKUNI OF HAMAâ - Scary Good Reproductions

Anyone know about this reproduction maker?  Fortunately, it's being sold as a reproduction on this Auction.

I tried looking them up, but not finding anything.

Hanwei(汉威） Yasukuni guntō replica by Paul Chen (陈朝波). The tang is inscribed with “靖国为和平” (“Yasukuni for peace”).

Here is one of sword with his mei

I think the characters on both swords are Yasukuni 靖国.  The third character on one looks like 為.

 

Both swords also seem to have numbers etched at the bottom of the tang.

為” (traditional Chinese) and “为” (simplified Chinese) are two forms of the same character.

You are right,the inscrib one the tang should be traditional Chinese "靖國為和平“。

Chinese: 靖国為和平 = Jìng guó wèi hépíng = Yasukuni for Peace.

 

If time permits, can you read the other 汉威 Yasukuni engraving?

Good stuff, guys, thanks!  I'm familiar with Hanwei and Paul Chen products, but don't have his mei down to memory or recognition.  

 

Didn't I hear his operation shut down a while back?
