Does this look like it's legit hand made or machine made is the signature a known sword maker

but i think it should read "Yoshihito Sumikatsu"

On the bright side, that's a good price for one of these.  Most of them being sold directly from China are around $150.

I'm a little disappointed but was suspicious now I won't feel bad about taking it down to just the blade and hand making my own handle for it and passing it down to my son

The steal seems good enough that it could be used if needed for self defense
