Is this is authentic? Sword is signed Tamba no Kami Yoshimichi?

This sword has been in our family for about 80 years now however I am not sure if it is authentic?

 

Does anyone have thoughts and expert opinions? I would greatly appreciate any help and information.

Here are some close-up comparisons of the different Chinese characters. Yours is a genuine Japanese sword but I'm afraid it's almost certainly gimei (a fake signature).
