Which other markings? Grey and Uwe covered everything we see above. The date and the name are chiseled into either side of the tang.

means:

“Kanenori who lives in Seki made this”…

The paint are numbers - 326?, and were put there during the production process to keep all the fitted parts together.

In regards to the date, not sure what is going on with what I would guess is a ten 十.  The four 二二 that follows is a variant rarely encountered.
